Artist Statement

This was very challenging. The Dorea´s images are so iconic that is difficult to not use them as an inspiration. I want to reinterpret one of Dorea´s illustrations, but with a very graphic shape. I think the image can express the agony of the sinners. Also are something a little erotic with the Dorea´s images, maybe because the evil is very seductive. — Roberto Lanznaster
